The invited speakers who have accepted papers and presentations will have 20-30 minute segments to discuss their proposed topics. Panels will be given 2 hours and tutorials will be given 2 or 4 hours. Workshops will be either half or full-day. A digital projector, laser pointer, and a laptop with Microsoft Windows will be available to use during presentations. Any other additional equipment should be requested.
It is suggested that accepted papers and presentations prepare presentations in "Microsoft PowerPoint", however, use of Adobe PDF presentations are also permitted. Keynote format presentations are not supported on the laptop available. If possible, authors should bring their own laptop, to guarantee optimal formatting. If using an Apple computer, please make sure to bring the appropriate connector.
All accepted presentations (not accepted papers) need to submit their presentations by July 31st for review for quality assurance as well as relevance of content.
Short papers will be presented during a poster session. Please make sure that poster materials are within the board space (30in x 40in / 76cm x 102cm). Poster boards will be provided at the conference site.
